I am a street photographer based in Sacramento, California. 

My photography is a self-exploration in visual communication. It fulfills my need for artistic expression by creating impressions of my interactions with people, places, and things.

My perceptions of the world are the defining factor in my images. They are not intended to be meaningful to anyone, as I strive to express who I am on my journey to live my life artistically and socially responsibly. My frames are equal parts about myself as they are about my subjects. In this way, I am genuinely a man continually finding new self definition.

Digital photography is my preferred format. For many years I produced only monochrome work. I have recently made a shift to color. Occasionally, I will produce film images using various vintage cameras. I am most inspired by capturing people’s uniqueness, beauty, and humanity through candid portraits.
